Never ever ever rent prior from CSI property rentals. We lived in one of their units for a period close to 2 years, we kept the unit clean and even had painters and our cleaning lady come clean the property the day we were leaving. We were charged for small things that are normal wear and tear for things like the scratches from the toilet seat lid and chipping of vanish/paint from the kitchen door frame. They use an inspection company Rapido maintaince who inflate prices to ensure that leaving tenants do not get a cent back in the deposit. There was nothing broken in the unit and one of the mid-term inspectors mentioned that we had kept the place in such an impeccable condition. When we requested for that inspection we were not given it. NEVER EVER rent from them as you will never get your money back. Maintenance and refuse pick ups were a nightmare. The pool was always dirty and nothing was done about noisy tenants. During the outgoing inspection the inspector never told us of her findings she was quite the whole time and told us to sign because she wouldn’t accept the key if we didn’t sign. We will be filing our complaint with the rental ombudsman. Where we stayed at the Madison lifestyle estate, tenants didn’t last because of the horrible conditions received from CSI and the lack of care of the tenants. Owners of the properties want to sell. Stay away from renting from this ********* company
