CSI Managing Agents - scary!!

I bought into a retirement estate which has been managed by CSI since day one. It has been a nightmare. They have ensured that they never have to follow due process by going to tender & will circumvent regulations of MOI's or Sectional Title to hold on to their contracts. Our levies are so high now that our property values have plummeted! They are as Teflon coated as the ANC - nothing sticks.
