CSI has the Worst Exit Process

The property had issues over the course of three years regarding their units such as roof leaks on the balconies, mould build up on the ceilings etc.

The complex knew about these issues and had been postponing on fixing them, we recently just moved out after logging all these issues and communication with management that these are issues in the unit and should we leave may we not get deducted for them as they are complex issues and not unique to our apartment.

We painted the walls that we had conceded and knew that the damage was our own doing and paid for that out of our pocket. Upon exit inspection the results came back with costs that are taking half of our deposit.

The CSI team need to introspect on their service processes and clean it up because it is unheard of.
