CSI charging owners double for money. No feedback, no communication

CSI Property management installed water meters in Stone Arch from March 2020 which is fine except that we are now paying for water through our levies and through the water meters. They have not reduced the levies to account for the water we're paying for through the levies. I tried getting hold of them since the 29th June without success, Phone lines and emails go unanswered but they are still charging us for water double. At some point I could afford to pay double and they blocked my meter such that I could not purchase electricity.
