CSI Breach the contract and Evict the Tenant within 48Hrs without the grace period of 20 Business Days.

CSI is a no go area, this time we will bring them do. This is what they did to my sister. She couldn't pay rent of October, made arrangements with them. They send Letter of Demand that states she should pay the money within 7 Days. Worst Part, Anysha ******tse does not have good customer care. She advised that the tenant should sell their car or furniture to pay rent since they are staying for free.

After the letter of demand, 10 days later, they sent Termination of the lease which says the tenant should leave the premises within 48hrs.

Anysha ******tse, threatened the tenant that she will come with the owner of the property to evict the tenant.

CSI breached their contracts. The do not follow it. This time we going to court and we will make sure they get suspended in this industry.
