CSI are absolute *******

If I could, I would rate these people zero stars at all however Hellopeter does not allow for that.

Where do I begin.

We moved into a new Unit in a new complex and that went well. When the lease expired we elected to move out of the unit and this is where it all went wrong.

CSI have managed to deduct the full rental deposit for "scuff marks" on all the walls in this house. They went as far as to try and charge us for "scuff marks" in a garage that we did not even have. We parked in a double carport with no walls but received a bill of R600 for painting of an outbuilding that did not exist.

When we stayed in the unit we needed to have a number of things fixed due to poor workmanship. This was a battle just to get it done and yet they are quick to deduct an entire deposit from us. There is absolutely no customer service and the agent who was supposed to assist us was just plain useless.

I would advise anybody who is looking to use these guys as rental agents to stay far away. Unless you are prepared to lose your entire deposit DO NOT rent from this mob.

Had I come to Hellopeter before signing any agreements with these *********, I would have definitely heeded the call. In Centurion they let out to The Junction, The Hudson and very soon The Madison. Just stay away from dealing with any of them and go and rent elsewhere
