I rented an apartment on the 1 November 2023, I moved out 1 st November 2024 they charged me an early exit fee to the amount of my rent because I did not serve my notice, which is understandable, now here is the problem the apartment was already in a bad state when I moved in and they are making me repair items that were already broken, I asked for my move in inspection pictures and they will not provide them, they tried to claim I did not pay rent and tried to not add interest to my deposit, make sure you take a picture of every little thing when you move there, do not let them rush the inspection and keep receipts for all your payments!!!!!
