CSI and Kololo Maintenance **** on their owners

On the 6th September 2024 the guy from Kololo Maintenance sent me a whatsapp to say that geyser is burst and water everywhere.I could only remember that they did the same thing to my neighbour in August when wasn't there and the tenants had just moved out when I was on the stairs,that guy called the neighbour to say there is water everwhere and when I loudly asked,"water where?"He dropped the phone on the owner's ear and avoided answering the calls until I reached down stairs.

Realizing that now the **** was on me,I quickly asked my plumber to go check and he was around the apartment and told me that THERE WAS NO WATER ANYWHERE NEAR MY APARTMENT,also indicated that thats what CSI property management is doing to gain some money from the owners.

In November I had requested to get the geyser they were talking about,to have it to myself,Noko from CSI also who had told me he had lot of cases regarding the bursting geysers and owners are complaining that it only happens when they are not in their properties,promised that he will trace the geyser and give it to me.

Now they still on my neck after they told me that the geyser was their property so they threw it away.I told them that also MY MONEY IS MY PROPERTY I HAVE THROWN IT AWAY!

We rather meet in court for this nasty behaviour.How many of us should be the victims?
