CSI rentals are the worst, I have used them as my agent for a year and half staying at Ridge View Estate in Witbank...when I moved in and myself and agent did the inspection she identified a few faulty things like sliding door not working properly, the walls damaged due to water leakage etc..and she assured us that they are obviously aware and the maintenance guys will be on it within a week...fast forward I am sending emails, made to stand from pillar to post and none of it gets fixed.. A year and 6 months later I move out and they come up with a long list (ridiculous)of the things that need to be repaired even painting of the walls. That I must pay for , they made sure the amount on the is more than the deposit due to me..now they are busy harassing me and telling me about lawyers...they have never responded to any of my emails or calls about maintenance and now they are hustling me to get more cash from me..
