Cheated out of Deposit

<p>When i moved to my new place , Csi had to refund my deposit of R5800. They initially said wanted to refund me R1088. I disputed this and they investigated. They increase my refund to aroun R2000.</p> <p>I still disputed this as they were charging me for early termination , access fees and other stuff which was incorrect. They had an indeoendant inspector to do the final exit inspection and it did not include " öther repairs "that were on the agents exit inspection. They did not even mention about the interest that was gained on my deposit. Eventually they refunded me with R4390.84.</p> <p>I do not know how many other people CSI is cheating of their deposits. I am still disputing the balance of my refund , and taking the matter to the Rental Tribunal.</p>
