Central development and CSI worst service

I am a resident at Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate, my water meter has been faulty for over a month. I have not been able to buy and load water as it's not reading. I logged a query via our Estate emergency site but it has not been attended. The CSI workers never seem to know who deals with what and don't assist. It's actually ****ery that for over a month I'm taken from pillar to post just for my water meter to be looked at.
