Central Development and Cosmopolitan Projects Property Group, CSI including Aragon Group/Khusela are a ****.
Central Development and Cosmopolitan Projects Property Group including Aragon Group/Khusela are a ****. They are working hand in hand with Aragon Khusela and CSI to explote homeowners through unreasonable fines. The current estate manager at Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate lacks empathy and he is ********* in his approach. His attitude is worrying. He has no management skills. He treats homeowners as if they are his tenants. He also uses Aragon Khusela for his hidden agenda. I no longer know whether this security company serves the homeowners' interest or CSI interest. A change is inevitable. Sadly, he manages an estate where more than 95% of the residents are Africans. He has no idea of Black lived experience. He is imposing his western ideas on Africans and no one is challenging him. This needs to STOP. I wonder if Central Development and Cosmopolitan Projects Property Group are aware of this malicious behavior.
Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate is no longer the property we signed up for. The estate manager and Aragon Group/Khusela are wreaking mayhem. They are fining households for minor infractions such as children playing football at the park and dogs barking. Remember, this is a pet-friendly estate. These two wings have forgotten that we employed them. They are working for homeowners. They treat us as if we are inmates at a correctional facility. Think twice before purchasing property at Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate, as some homeowners are already selling their properties and renting them out. They use a device I did not know to measure how loud a dog is barking and fined me.
Central Development and Cosmopolitan Projects Property Group, CSI, and Aragon Group/Khusela!!! What is going on here???
Below is the correspondence. Please pet *****s, don't purchase property at Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate. I call it Lion Pride Hell in an Estate Lifestyle.
Good day (me),
Best Regards,
Pet friendly means that it is an estate that allows for people to keep specified animals as pets. Allowing the access of pets does not negate the responsibility of an owner to take action when their pet is a potential nuisance.
There are plenty of owners who likewise have dogs that do not cause an issue when the owner is not home.
Kind Regards,
Please note that your dispute is currently under review, and we will provide you with an update as soon as any feedback or comments are received.

Dear Client,
We wish to bring to your attention that a fine of R1,057.00 has been levied against your unit by the Managing Agent.
As part of our loan administration process, [loan admin] settles the monthly levy charges on your behalf and recovers these amounts through your monthly debit order together with your home-loan instalment. Accordingly, the additional amount of R1,057.00 will be included in this month’s debit order collection.
Please note that while [loan admin] facilitates the payment and recovery of these charges, the responsibility for the accuracy and validity of all amounts billed remains with you as the homeowner. Should you wish to query or dispute this fine, kindly contact the Managing Agent directly.
