Boardwalk heights - Olympus

Boardwalk heights is the worst place to invest or rent. Central Development and Guardnet do not care about the tenants. The noise level is the worst ever, we deal with it every weekend. Body cooperate does nothing about it. Complex manager and Guardnet don’t want to act on the constant noise complaint from the same people. The noisemakers also knows that the complex manager is afraid of them. If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful then boardwalk heights is definitely NOT what you’re looking for. I would not recommend signing a one year lease or purchasing an apartment at boardwalk heights
