CSI Property Management and Guardnet Security has up to date not responded to drug abuse, excessive noise and prostitution at Boardwalk Heights. This complex is fast becoming a cestpit of drugs etc and is dragging the reputation of Pretoria East through the mud. For the second night in a row the Security official of Guardnet named John put the phone down in my ear when I complained about noise. Is this acceptable?
