Boardwalk Heights Beware. The place is not what it seems to be

I purchased a unit in Boardwalk Heights in June. Came to look at the complex during a weekday. Seemed well maintained ,quiet and a nature reserve next the complex. Thought it was the perfect place to stay after going through a messy divorce. Was I in for the shock of my life. Soon after moving in I realized my mistake. Tenants drinking in the parking areas. Always noisy over weekends. Estate Manager and Security do their best but the place is infested with foreign nationals and drug abuse is rampant. Two weeks ago the Tenants in the block across from me held and all weekend party. They laughed off Security. Another Tenant who is a very aggressive drug addict nearly killed me when I asked him not to smoke his Hubbly Bubbly in the parking lot. Apparently 5 units complained about the noise from the whole weekend party and the Sunday evening the SAPD K9 unit did a sting operation on the party unit as well as the aggressive druggies unit. In the last week I received three death threats. Friday 19 November at 23h30 two gentlemen knocked on my door. Long story short. They were from the party unit and threatened to shoot me if the police ever came to their place again. Today I was apprehended by the druggie. He had the same story and also threatened to kill me and hurt my children whom I see every second weekend. I opened a police case at Boschkop police station. Have written emails to Carel at CD as well as to Eugene the Estate Manager. I will now wait and see what the outcome is. Imagine being threatened like this in a Security Estate by Tenants whom I believe will not pass the qualifying criteria to rent a place. I feel like I am living in Plastic View over weekends and the place is an absolute mess after weekends. If the undesired elements cannot be made to move then I am afraid that myself and other investors in this complex have thrown their money in the water. I hope and pray that this matter will be resolved amicably and that considerate sober Tenants will be willing to move in here and make it the great place that it has the potential to be. I must make it clear that I was not the one that called the police, and that it was not normal police but the K9 unit who was obviously looking for something. But now I am the one being harrassed and intimidated.
