Being an african is difficult

I bought a ground floor apartment (unit 349)at Boardwalk heights Olympus Pretoria around February 2024. When i moved in there was a leackage on the ceiling which spread to the kitchen and other bedroom.

I reported the matter to the CSI estate manager around February 2024 and he advised that the leackage is caused by the damage from the top unit which 350.

I have been given 13 different stories by the CSI management and i was advise that i still need to pay the levies (estate service).

How can i pay for the service that has never been delivered, you constantly have to write emails and get automated response just to keep one quiet.

I have been handed over to collection for not paying for the service that has never been rendered. I have placed the unit on sale, i just want out from such horrible service from. CSI management.

We are in September 2024, nothin has been done. There is mould on the floor and toilet water is leackage into my apartment... I regret buying this unit and you have to deal with such people because you are of a certain race.. Please away from CSI Management even if their unit might be cheap... Please stay away.. I have never enjoyed a day there..
