Be aware of CSI doesn’t refund deposits.

CSI Property group is *********** people’s money. I have been renting for 2 years through CIS in Pretoria. I have been reporting that there is some leakage in the Unit with no luck (I have proves), they couldn’t assist for over a year, and now that I moved out because of the apartment that was no longer in good condition due to the leakage, they don’t want to refund my deposit, instead they require me to do all the fixing that wasn’t caused by me. Out of R 6 804.00 that I have paid they refunding me just R134 while they gotten the unit still in good condition, just the leakage from the roof.

Please try other companies not CSI. Their service is very bad, extremely bad.
