Bad/poor service, They shouldn't be open for business

I rented a property from this company and by mistake the people cleaning the garden broke the sliding door. I called the lady in-charge of maintenance she was rude and told me I need to go report it to Body cooperate, I mean I don't even who is that is and I didn't even get the details of them from her, she dropped the call even the agent guy didn't help, I had to call the guy who broke the glass to make a plan with replacement of the glass. They once sent my details to collections that I didn't pay rent and when I tried to make a follow-up with them no one was available I paid the amount and the following month the amount was deducted from my rent money. A bunch of ****mers!! Horrible people to rent from....
