BAD SERVICE

I evacuated a flat as my lease expired. Months after i am still getting notice to pay saying i owe rent and my credit has been affected. When i call CSI the ladies who work there hang up on me as they are aware of what is happening. They still have my name on the lease *******ly even though i have moved out and no one seems to be getting back to me meanwhile my credit is affected
