BAD SERVICE

I logged a complaint on the 1st of October 2021, i mailed my complaint to the above company and still today i haven't received any feedback, i spoke to Bianca now which i think is a manager or something she was very unhelpful and didn't even gave me the time of day to listen to my complaint and just brushed me off, is this the way they handle people that is renting under them and paying rent, i have never had such bad service from a manager EVER!!!!!!!!!!
