Bad service

I am a homeowner at Thachhill experiencing ongoing issues with the property management services from Csi rentals properties. After reporting an unusually high water bill, i received no response from the agent, despite multiple emails. We had to go on property to check for ourselves, only to find that there is a leaking pipe the tenant has been reporting for some time without luck. They just don't care about their customers only care about the money we pay for the service we don't even receive. The lack of communication and responsiveness from CSI rentals properties is incredibly frustrating and i seek resolution.
