Bad customer service

I am renting property at Elawini Estate, since February 2015. I arranged with the agents to pay my account via debit order, there has never been a period where I have missed or skipped payment. The debit order will usually go off after the 1st day of every month, this month I was surprised that the debit did not run. Then on yesterday I received an email from CSI Rentals that there are new owners and I must pay make arrangements or else they will take legal action against me. When I responded to their mail the administrator did not understand my concerns. This morning she called me and we did not have a pleasant conversation, the next thing I receive and sms from TPN Credit Bureau that I must pay immediately. What saddens me is that this arrangement was not communicated to me.
