Bad Attitude and Poor Communication Skills

As an agent I am trying to get help for a Seller in Waterfall Ridge where there is water damp issues. I asked the Seller to speak to the Estate Manager/Managing Agent both fall under CSI Property Management and got no help and lots of attitude and a 7 minute lecture over the phone on Sectional Title Management from a C Stander. I really find it odd that just good old communication with some good attitude could have pointed me in the right direction. Need a serious overall in this company to correct client interaction.
