Bad administration service

I have constantly paid my rent on time yet every month a get a letter of demand and I'm listed on the TPN credit record. This is very frustrating as every month I call CSI and they are unable to say how much I owe. I have requested statements, calculated and found that they owe me. I have informed them of this but nothing seems to change, instead I get bad attitude from the rental administrators.
