Avoid CSI Rentals at all cost

Following my early termination of the rental contract; they not only took my full deposit - and I accept that, they were within their rights. Their Agent could not make time for my joint exit inspection (even after countless request from my side via different communication mediums); following which they charged me for exit inspection deviations she identified by herself. I had no issue settling those charges even tho I was not necessarily happy with the charge. They allowed me two days to consider the cost breakdown (as per email sent to me). The two days only elapsed today and I get emails and sms from credit collector; who charges me three different amounts. As shocked as I am, I am more disappointed since I was never afforded opportunity to settle account; yet I am being harassed by credit collectors. I would never recommend anyone to use a service provider who treats people like *********, especially when they were never given a reason to believe one is. For the time I stayed at their flat, I paid my rent diligently, I even paid before rent was due. To then receive such unwarranted treatment, it is disappointing and infuriating.
