Avoid CSI Management!

I had a terrible experience with CSI Management at Stone Arch Estate. When I moved in, the property had multiple defects, and the landlord promised to fix them within a week—they never did. Now that I’m moving out, they’ve kept my full deposit and are demanding even more for damages that were already there. They refused to provide the in-going inspection report and are now threatening legal action.

During my stay, I once paid rent at 00:01, and they switched off my power, demanding an extra R750 to restore it, which I paid because I couldn't stay without power.
