CSI Management at Route 82 in Kibler Park is the worst! I was not informed that a tenant I had signed a lease agreement with for my unit moved out approximately 3 months before his lease ended. Instead of notifying me , they then placed someone else in the apartment and I only found out recently that he has been living here for almost a month now. He is not even related or affiliated to the previous tenant. He hasn’t even paid rent for the month of June and nobody from the office is even bothered to explain to me what is going on.

On top of that , there has been a plumbing issue since February 2023 which has not been attended to. I was told it’s my problem but the plumber that was called in said the fault is from outside and not coming from my unit. As a result , this has caused damage on the walls inside and drainage issues from the sinks.

I would not advice anyone to get into business with Central Developments and CSI property management.

Absolutely unprofessional and worst customer service.

I regret ever buying property with these people.
