These guys are just taking chances. I was charged R11300 for holding deposit which I gladly paid. After I moved out they charged me R1300 stating that they needed to clean the house as it was dirty for the new tenants which I agreed to. Now they are me an extra R8036.00 from the remaining R10000.00 . I was told when I left that I won’t even get half of the holding deposit I paid and I didn’t believe that.
