Bank details validation

<p>I am a experiencing a huge inconvenience with my CSD with regards to my banking details taking forever to be validated and I contacted treasury they say it's not there fault I should check with my bank and I did contact Nedbank I was told csd it's not they're baby .</p> <p>its been over 6 months now can someone please assist me if u have ever came across a similar problem . I am waiting a payment and the municipality keeps telling me they can't do anything if my banking details are not validated .</p>
