CSD Properties (Cameron) – R4375 ****: Unusable Seabreeze at 301 Property & False Refund Promises
I booked Seabreeze at 301 (La Ballito, KZN), managed by CSD Properties (PTY) LTD, for my daughter and her friend. Their check-in date was 16 July 2026, and the experience was an absolute nightmare. They arrived to an unusable, completely unprepared unit with no power, unmade beds, and a dirty interior. Basic essentials like towels and toilet paper were entirely missing. The distress and delays forced them to source alternative accommodation. The host, Cameron, was completely unreachable when needed. Although he is a professional cricketer, he is far from being a pro in hospitality. Despite explicitly promising a FULL refund of our R4375 payment for this Seabreeze stay, we were ****med and only received a joke of a refund for R722 via Booking.com. CSD Properties has failed to honour their word. I demand the remaining balance of my refund immediately. Avoid this dishonest company and this property at all costs.
