Worse client service

Worse service ever, I cancelled with them 4 months ago where they were to return the ISP account back to Telkom 4 months down the line and they still have not done same. Sent numerous requests and just get ignored their online consultants are not very friendly or helpful either, all I get is it is being escalated, while I need to pay for a service with Telkom due to the lack of customer support from Crystal Web, will never ever refer any one to them
