Vodacom Mobile Data - Non existent product offering

<p>Make sure your service is working efficiently before actually selling it to your potential client. In this case your Vodacom Mobile Data service offering did not deliver as expected. APN settings was not delivered as stated when signing up for the service, I had to log a request ticket to get the details. Once I received the details required to connect I could not view my data balances, so I was not sure whether the service was actually working correctly or what my usage was. It also used my normal data and airtime from Vodacom instead of the data via Crystal Web, even though I was using Crystal Web APN details. So I had to pay standard Vodacom rates for a service that was never delivered and will probably not be reimbursed for either.</p>
