Uncapped Throttled, No Support, No Call Center !!!

Beware of Crystalweb after only 15days of using their service, I am throttled so badly that my service is useless. I have only used 50gig on a 4mb Uncapped service. I cant get hold of their support team via the chat as the website is buggy and has no option to chat anymore, I have tried to make them aware of this through the MYbroadband forum but I got a rude response from one of the members who works with crystalweb. They don't have a phone number on their website either so I cant contact them. MYbroadband have some financial/technical involvement which is why they were voted the top ISP by mybb. My experiance is these guy are going to take your money and give you the same excuses just like some of the other ISP'S. STAY AWAY FROM CRYSTALWEB.
