TERRIBLE SERVICE & SYSTEM
<p>This company got an award apparently for best ISP in RSA but yet hey dont answer their phones and play hideous headache music while you hold and waist 35min with of call money litening to their answering machine. NO answer everytime I chave called. The only way to get hold of them is on a live chat on their website.</p> <p>The other day I didnt have internet so I tried phoning with no answer whatsoever as in times before! We have very bad cell signal where we live and with a bit of luck I got to a high point and got on to their site. I asked that they contact me immidiately which was ignorred and refused. I then asked for a manager to call me as I did in the past but I dont think there is such a person because i have asked numerous times to speak to a manager and to this day still not a peep. I then asked how do i cancel and was ignorred once again so I gave up and called another ISP named Imaginet. They answered there phones quickly and they got me online in a heart beat.</p> <p>I then sent a cancelation email to crystal web informing them that I have moved over to Imaginet due to their bad service. I gave instruction to move MY telkom line back to the Telkom holding pool, which still isnt done and its a week later. Everytime I ask them to do it they say no cancelation was recieved and because its after the 19th I must pay them till the end of October hahahaha well im not!!!!</p> <p>Still no phone call from them just response to emails VERY VERY VERY STRANGE:(</p> <p>PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY SPENT!</p> <p>Dealing with crystal web is worse than dealing with Telkom and NEED I SAY MORE!!!</p>
