Terrible DSL line speed and even worse customer service!

My DSL line has been slow and dropping all day. I have tried to contact Crystal Web's support tel number and after waiting for 18 minutes I was transferred to a mail box that was full and the line was disconnected. This absolutely unacceptable! I am trying to run a business and need to know what is going on with my internet access. Crystal Web have removed the chat function on your website and there is no update in the network status section. How am I supposed to know what’s going on so that I can plan? It is, without doubt, some of the very worst service I have received from and ISP.
