Spectacular failure to provide service & passing the buck

I have never been so disrespected as a paying customer in my entire life. In early October, I was (like many other Crystal Web customers) without internet access for more than five days, with only sporadic, contradictory communication from Crystal Web. They never resolved this problem; I had to call Telkom myself (despite my line being managed by Crystal Web) and ask them to unsuspend my line. Why was the line suspended? I don't know, because neither Crystal Web nor EvoNet can get its story straight. Some excuses they've offered: - "There is an OpenServe network outage" - "Someone [unclear whom?] failed to sign a contract with Telkom" - "It's Crystal Web's fault" - "It's EvoNet's fault" - "There's a dispute between Crystal Web and OpenServe" Not to mention that they keep offering non-apologies - "We're sorry that someone else dropped the ball", basically. And now, today? Today Telkom is moving all their ADSL lines to the holding pool, from where they will be suspended within five days if I can't find a new ISP to manage my line. No communication to this effect; I had to contact Crystal Web multiple times today to get an explanation why my landlord was suddenly getting Telkom line migration notices when no migration was requested. I am outraged. I am furious. There is a standing ICASA complaint against them; ICASA's website is currently unavailable, but the second it becomes available, I am lending my voice to that complaint. If I can somehow be part of legal proceedings against them, I will.

Reviewer Update
Update: I checked my invoice for November. They charged me for ADSL bandwidth only - not the line rental. This strongly suggests that they already knew they would be unable to continue managing ADSL lines... And yet they failed to communicate this to me at all. They could have given me sufficient notice so that I could prepare to move to another ISP, but they deliberately chose not to. Never do business with Shaun Kaplan or any of the other ******** **** responsible.
