No Resolution No Feedback

<p>Requested username and password for primary news servers almost 3 weeks ago - no reply. </p> <p>I'm not even able to log into to my account as I have waiting for someone to email me my new username and password for about 2 weeks now.</p> <p>Calls to technical department are dropped.</p> <p>There is no chat facility. </p> <p>No replies to emails.</p> <p>I'm literally paying Crystal Web for nothing!!!!!!</p>
