Lack of service | No answer in their call centres | No constructive feedback

What ever you do, DO NOT USE Crystal Web as your ISP. They used to be one of the best, however, as of late, there is no response when phoning their call centre. I have spent over an hour waiting on the phone to speak to a support agent, just to get to their mailbox service which is full. They have been riddled with constant DDoS attacks which renders the customers without internet. They can provide no feedback as to when the problem will be resolved. When being persistent on their chat, the Support consultants start ignoring you, because they don't have any answers.

Honestly, I am disgusted at this service. You will be better off using Telkom.
