<p>After experiencing a lot of issues with Telkom I decided to change ISP's. A friend recommended Crystal Web for their low prices and their fast online chat service. Recently I was struggling with latency issues and an extremely friendly gentleman by the name of Samurai (Ryno) went to all extremes to help me fix my issue. The email replies were swift and the knowledge was ace. 10/10 would recommend Crystal Web as an ISP. The other gentlemen that also assisted me throughout the query were also helpful and polite.
