Great service

I was a disgruntled and slightly rude consumer because my internet was slower than I was expecting. I sent CW a mail to cancel my service with them, then they apologized and explained that they were in the process of making changes to the network, and offered to make early adjustments to my account so I could benefit from the new changes immediately instead of waiting till next month.<br> My internet is faster than it's ever been now and I love it. They handled my rude email very well and I'm now one very happy and loyal customer. 10/10 would recommend anyone to give them a try.
