Fast Internet which is not throtled or shaped

I have recently moved to Crystal Web, my first month with the Service Provider has been exceptional. I have had no service interruptions, and to date not one single complaint. <br> <br> I would like to compliment Crystal Web on the fantastic speed and response of their network. my previous ISP both shaped and throttled my me to the point where using the Internet was frustrating (this defied the point of even having Internet) thank goodness I changed from Web Africa to Crystal Web.<br> <br> No matter the time of the day, or what type of Internet traffic I receive the full quality of service promised.
