EVONET! The end of CrystalWeb's GREAT service...

Evonet?!?.... Is this the end of great service that I'm used to from Crystalweb?!? Telkom reports that my ADSL has been cancelled by my SP (Evonet) Called Evonet yesterday evening... a lady promised to have someone call me back... Nobody called... Called Evonet again today... the lady PROMISED again to have someone call me... Still no call... Tried another number ********** 001.... went thru several options... help on... then voicemail! Left another message.... waiting for the call. SHOULD I BE SHOPPING AROUND FOR A NEW SP?!? Please advise.
