Crystal web - WORST SERVICE ever, they are a ****

WORST ISP that you can get and that i ever came across, their support is non existent, when you phone them their telephone system just put you through to a mail box and nothing happens from there. they had a issue with openserve and this has been 3 weeks and no internet ( NICE !!!! that is why i Pay a R1000 p/m for NOTHING), then they have this online chat that you can do through the website (OMW - What BAD service you get from there) they cant answer any of my questions on why i dont have internet i cancelled with them and asked for a refund on the 3 weeks of internet that i paid for ---guess what- NO RESPONCE - and then they still have the audacity to take another premium for the next month even when i cancelled with them.

when i eventualy got through to a support agent ( 1 of the two working there) he also couldnt answer me as to why they cant release my line from open serve as i already moved to Axxess (AWESOME ISP), i asked for a supervisor, he then said the supervisor is on lunch, i asked then for any supervisor in the company and then his reply was that he is a supervisor ???? Again KK service....

i know they dont answer the Hellopeter complaints but at least some one out there reads this complaint and stay away from this company (they take your money and give you nothing - ****)
