Crystal Web - taken payment, cut off our service, will not answer their phone ***.

Last year Crystal Web changed to Evonet (in some shady deal). Ever since we've experienced the WORST service ever!! Yesterday they cut off our internet. I managed to live-chat on their website; the person simple told me that they no longer support any adsl customers. We were not given any notice of this; and they have taken our payment in advance for March 2019. They refuse to answer their advertised line ********** ; and do not reply on email!
