CRYSTAL WEB RATED NO 1 IN THE CATEGORY FOR WORST ISP

I have been having exactly the same problem that so many Crystal Web clients have been experiencing. I pay for 200/20 mb. My last speed test indicated that my average download speed is 496 kbps and that I am 85% slower than the Crystal Web average and 92% slower than the Country average!!! The 4 previous speed tests have produced similar results. Explain that!

I will be cancelling my service with Crystal Web. Should you be cancelling ensure that you do so before the 19th of the month failing which Crystal Web will only cancel at the end of the next month which means that you will be stuck with Crystal Web for longer.

I am also busy with a Complaint to the Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA). They will appoint an expert to look into my speeds since day 1 with Crystal Web.

I urge all of the many "**********" Crystal Web clients to lay Complaints with the ISPA and to cancel your services with Crystal Web.

CRYSTAL WEB sent out an emailed communication yesterday afternoon claiming that the appalling fibre speeds are due to a DDos cyber attack and requesting the CONTINUED SUPPORT of Crystal Web's clients. This is NOT ENOUGH, CRYSTAL WEB! Do something meaningful, give your many affected Clients a Refund! Clients may then consider continuing to support you. Crystal Web's failure to deliver on Services that have been Paid For must be Reported to the Consumer Protector. Crystal Web's Clients should not be prejudiced due to Crystal Web's inefficient infrastructure and technology which has resulted in the prolonged DDOS attack. The only way for Crystal Web to make amends to the Clients who are suffering from the effects of this cyber attack would be to refund clients or charge them only for the download and upload speeds that have been available.
