Crystal web live chat support is excellent

<p>It is always refreshing to have a chat with the guys/ gals at crystalweb live chat support. Always helpful, friendly and 90% of the time will go out of their way to help you resolve the issue at hand ASAP. Usually very clear with what is being done and the feedback actually exists. Unlike most other companies, when they say " we will get back to you" they actually do. Had a great experience once again with one of the agents there <br /> Michael Mathe ( what I can gather from some of the emails , as they use awesome names like Support Samurai in the live chat). Thank you for the great service and being patient with the confusing situation and helping me to resolve the issue. Well done and keep up the good work. </p>
