COMPLAINT: POOR SERVICE

I ordered LTE 7 days ago, the delivery company told me they would deliver two days ago already and they didn't pitch.

I've called courier and made contact with crystal web numerous times and nobody seems to resolve the issue they all just pass the buck saying someone will call me and nobody does.

Very frustrating and very disappointing! Had I know this will be the service I get I would never have done business with Crystal web.
