Best customer service I have ever experienced.

A few months ago, I started scouting around for ISPs, and Crystal Web was consistently named as one of the best. I approached their customer service online chat for some advice several times. Every time, they were prompt to respond in detail, answering every question I had clearly and unambiguously.<br> <br> Today I wanted to set up my Crystal Web account so that it would switch over from uncapped to capped as of next month (tomorrow). I logged in to customer service chat so I could ask what the best way to proceed was, but the agent (Michael) informed me that I had already missed the deadline. When I asked him what could be done, he proceeded to approach the accounts department and confirm (in less than a minute!) that he could override the deadline and approve the change immediately, with no additional costs.<br> <br> If only every company had customer service like this!
