Just a quick note to say what a pleasure it was dealing with your Online Chat Support. I contacted your online support and immediatley someone 'Support Sergeant' responded. Before I was able to explain my problem, I was already told what the issue was - I was capped. After a few brief exhanges, I was upgraded at no extra cost to the next highest package. Promlem resolved, and amazing quick service. This is an ISP I am happy to be with, and I have been with many others. I think Crystal Web's support is first class!
