I approached CRR in February 2024 for assistance with expunging my a record. As per their process, I paid for a record check, which came back showing a minor misdemeanour. After receiving the results, I decided not to continue with the expungement.

In June I decided to proceed with the expungement process and paid CRR R1895 for them to do the application. Part of the application required CRR to run a new record check to ascertain whether there was an existing record because the one I had done in February had expired. Immediately after paying CRR I then discovered I had no record to expunge, there was just none, meaning there was no need for the application to continue. I immediately informed CRR of a new record check that had already been done before they even began the expungement process, but they ignored this because they had already received my money. They continued pretending to assist me without addressing my concerns. Despite numerous follow-ups for a refund, I was ignored and treated unprofessionally and unfairly.

To this day, I have not received my money back or any update that is making sense. I feel like I have been taken advantage of by a company that claims to offer a professional legal service.

All I want is a refund for services not delivered, and for CRR to acknowledge their poor communication and lack of professionalism.

You should stay away from dealing with this company. They don't respond to your emails and when you call, the person answering will always tell you they don't know what happened they will investigate and your matter never gets resolved.
